Depending on the form you use, this may include:

• your role;
• your company website address;
• the contents of your message; and
• information you provide about your company, sales process, business needs, or a potential engagement.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for us to understand and respond to your inquiry.

When you visit axigi.com, our website and service providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and understand use of the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, approximate location, and the date and time of a request.

We also use anti-spam and security tools to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated or abusive activity. These tools may process technical information about your browser, device, and interaction with the form.

If you submit a contact or Diagnostic request form, we may also receive limited information about the path that led to your inquiry. This may include the referring domain, your landing page, the chronological sequence of Axigi page paths viewed during the current browser session, the page and call to action that opened the form, and permitted campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.

This journey information is stored temporarily in your browser’s session storage and is sent to us only if you submit a form. We do not include form-field contents in the journey record, store complete referring URLs or unrelated query parameters, or use a persistent journey identifier to connect separate visits.

We use personal information to:

• review and respond to inquiries;
• evaluate Diagnostic requests;
• discuss a potential engagement or respond to questions about our work;
• deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and its forms;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity;
• understand how the website is used and improve its performance and content; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not add people who submit an inquiry to a general marketing list. If we introduce marketing subscriptions in the future, participation will be optional and will require a separate choice.

Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process information as necessary to respond to steps you request before a possible engagement, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and communicating with prospective clients, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent when we specifically request it.

Our website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive form submissions. Netlify processes form information on our behalf and provides built-in spam filtering, including Akismet. We also use a hidden honeypot field and Netlify-provided Google reCAPTCHA 2 to help identify and reject automated or abusive submissions.

Google processes reCAPTCHA information on our behalf for security, fraud, and abuse prevention. reCAPTCHA may set a security cookie and process technical information associated with the submission. A submission that does not pass the anti-spam or reCAPTCHA checks may be rejected automatically.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use axigi.com and improve the website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions with the website, session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. It may also use a first-party cookie-based identifier to distinguish visitors and sessions.

We do not send names, email addresses, form contents, inquiry journey records, or other directly identifying information from our forms to Google Analytics. We do not use Google Analytics data to identify visitors or add them to a marketing list. We configure Google Analytics without Google Signals, advertising personalization, Google Ads linking, or User-ID, and we limit data sharing with other Google products. When Google Analytics is enabled, we use the shortest available user- and event-level data-retention setting that supports our reporting.

The website may use:

• essential technologies needed to operate and secure the forms, including reCAPTCHA and anti-abuse tools;
• temporary browser session storage used to record the Axigi page journey associated with a submitted inquiry; and
• Google Analytics cookies, when Google Analytics is enabled, to measure use of the website.

You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking Google Analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting its forms.

Access to form submissions is limited to Axigi’s two partners and service providers used to operate the website, prevent abuse, deliver submissions, and manage email.

Those service providers include website hosting and form-processing providers, spam-prevention and security providers, analytics providers, and email providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights or safety of Axigi or others, investigate abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Some of our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your location. Where required, we rely on the safeguards provided by our service providers and applicable law for these transfers.

We retain inquiries that do not become client engagements, including any same-session journey information submitted with them, for up to 24 months after the last communication, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the engagement and meet applicable business or legal obligations. We may retain limited records for longer when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or protect our rights.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or receive a copy of certain information.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and can use Google’s opt-out add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting information in your browser.

Axigi is a business-to-business service and axigi.com is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us through our contact form.

The website may link to websites operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those external websites.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, or data practices change. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will take additional steps where required by applicable law.
